I’m excited to share that I’ll be doing a workshop plus ferment swap in NYC later this month alongside my friends at Field Meridians.

I’ll be leading a place-based fermentation workshop and demo, where I’ll talk about how I fold in the flavors of home to the ferments I make in my two homes in the US and Ireland.
We’ll also do a ferment swap and I’ll be available to sign copies of my books (bring yours along!)
Bring:
- A jar for making your own fermented vegetables on site
- A bag or small container for bringing home some of my homegrown garden herbs (if you want)
- Copies of my books you’d like me to sign
- A ferment for the ferment swap (optional, but recommended)
