Welcome to our very first Writing Playground!

I’m so excited you’ve made the decision to join us.

What is Writing Playground? 

Writing Playground is a four week, virtual writing workshop to help you foster a sustainable writing practice that’s rooted in joy and curiosity.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or only occasionally put pen to page (or hands to keyboard), you’ll leave with rough drafts, lots of writing resources, and the building blocks for a joyful writing practice that fits in your schedule.

After you enroll:

  • After you enroll, you’ll receive a form that will give you a chance to tell me about your writing practice so I can customize the workshop to best serve everyone.
    You can also go to this link to find the form.
  • You’ll receive access to course folders, our Slack channel, Zoom link, weekly readings, and any other necessary resources in September.

If you enrolled with early bird pricing (before August 15th only):

  • The $100 deposit you paid during early bird signup will go towards the total workshop fee of $395. All deposits are nonrefundable.
  • We’ve sent an invoice to your email for the remainder of your payment.
    Payment is due in full before the start of our workshop.
    All deposits are nonrefundable.
